To connect your Mercator Ikuü Wi-Fi single adaptor or power board to the app, you must first enter pairing mode. Follow the steps below to put your product in pairing mode, ensuring that you have downloaded the Mercator Ikuü app and created an account. All Mercator Ikuü Wi-Fi products must also be connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

  1. Plug your single adaptor or power board into a power outlet and switch the power outlet on.
  2. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. The indicator will start to blink rapidly.
Single Adaptor Power Board
  1. Open the Mercator Ikuü app.
  2. Tap + > Add device > Power then select your product.
  3. When the indicator is blinking, tap ‘indicator is rapidly blinking’ then ‘next’.
  4. Confirm your Wi-Fi details. The pairing process will start, which will add your product to the app.
  5. Once pairing is complete, you can edit your product’s name [optional].
  6. To finish the pairing process, tap ‘done’.

Product still not paired?

The indicator light should stop flashing during the pairing process above. If it does, but the product doesn’t pair, try pairing with AP mode as per the instructions below. If the indicator light doesn’t stop flashing during the pairing process, contact our customer service team directly via phone on 1300 552 255 (AU) or via email at customercare@mercator.com.au

  3. Press and hold the power button for another 5 seconds. The indicator will start to blink slowly.
  4. Open the Mercator Ikuü app.
  5. Tap + > Add Device > Power, then select your product.
  6. Tap > EZ Mode > AP Mode.
  7. Tap ‘indicator is blinking slowly’ then ‘next’.
  8. Confirm your Wi-Fi details. The pairing process will start, which will add your product to the app.
  9. Once pairing is complete, you can edit your product’s name (optional).
  10. To finish the pairing process, tap ‘done’.
